The LPS-C1 series differential pressure switch adopts a diaphragm type differential pressure sensing element. The ordinary type can be used to control the pressure difference between the same pressure source or different pressure sources of gas, liquid or steam media that have no corrosive effect on the sensing element. Explosion proof type can be used to control the pressure difference between the same pressure source or different pressure sources in explosive gas mixtures of Class IIA/IIB/IIC gases T1~T6 that have no corrosive effect on pressure sensing components. The fully welded stainless steel diaphragm structure is designed to be simple and easy to use, with few fault points, and can effectively prevent liquid leakage and misoperation; The set value is adjustable, no separate power supply is required, and the contact capacity is large, which greatly facilitates on-site application for users. It is widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, sugar, and pharmaceuticals that require differential pressure control.

measuring principle principle

Diaphragm pressure switch is a mechanical pressure switch that uses the mechanical deformation of the diaphragm to achieve the function of controlling contact closure and disconnection. When the pressure of the measuring medium changes, the diaphragm will produce corresponding displacement. The displacement of the diaphragm is transmitted to the micro switch through the transmission component. When the displacement stroke reaches the set value, the micro switch will be pushed, causing the contacts of the micro switch to close or open as a state variable. Adjustable pressure switches can control pressure within a fixed value or range by adjusting the stroke relationship between transmission components and micro switch contacts, in order to achieve control objectives.
